Children from birth to 21 years of age regularly come to ETS for physical therapy and occuptation therapy services. Our aim is to assist them in acquiring or regaining
essential skills for performing age-appropriate activities. Some of our patients have only mild developmental delays and only require extra attention and help, while others have been injured or become ill and need to re-learn skills or to learn new ways to work around their constraints. Furthermore, we can help children who are recovering from medical procedures like surgery. We also provide children with developmental disabilities such as muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and developmental delays with the therapy they need. Lastly, we can provide autism therapy to children with varying forms of the disorder.
How Can I Get Services?
If you are interested in pursuing physical therapy, occupational therapy, socail skills programs, or any other services we provide here at Elite Therapeutic Specialists, first speak with your child’s physician. He or she is best able to assess your concerns about your child's development and provide you with appropriate referrals. We are happy to provide screening services, but we need your child's physician to refer the patient to us before we can begin.
